Youth Development

"The ongoing growth process in which all youth are engaged in attempting to:

  1. Meet the basic personal and social needs and
  2. to build skills and competencies that allow them to function and contribute in their daily lives"
Pittman (1993)
One of the most important challenges we face in this country is creating a dream and vision within young people and physically build them so that they have experiences that thet can put that dream in realisation. When talking about a dream, most of the young people have not even though that a dream can become true. We can help them to change their attitude towards the sustainable development of their communities, the country and the continent.

These processes are sequenced in such a manner to gain a quick and make a sustainable impact during intervention.
    • Note these programs must form a part of a long term strategy. Follow-up and interaction with participants, care-givers and or parents form an integral part of the process
  • We facilitate the capacity to build enough understanding and resilience to denounce and say “no” to negative external influences.
