Magaliesberg Traverse
A two hour drive away from Johannesburg and Pretoria, the Magaliesberg has come to the rescue for those with limited time. A two-day hike over fascinating rock formations will make your weekend away unique and unforgettable.. Join us on this ‘lekke’ trip.
Mnweni Little ‘Berg
For those new in the game of adventure and hiking, this is a more accessible package. Rich in plant life while looking up at the mighty ‘Dragon’. You really can’t say no to this one.
Rock Climbing
Adventure sport on a more vertical terrain, you can challenge yourself on a variety of different routes, and explore or discover aspects of your personality. And while you are exploring the vertical world of a rock face, why not add abseiling into the mix?
Canyoneering (“kloofing”)
The Magaliesberg landscape is not only one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world but, also one of the oldest. It is home to the most wonderful gorges our country has to offer and your mind gets lost in the beauty of their crystal clear waters, evergreen indigenous trees, and spectacular cliffs. The best playground you can find.
But what is ‘kloofing’ you might ask?
Canyoneering (or as we call it in SA) is exploring in canyons using a variety of techniques that may include other outdoor activities such as walking, scrambling, climbing, jumping, abseiling, and/or swimming. A all-in-one adventure package from Mother Nature’s idea of Gold Reef City.
