After many years of learning we defined the following process. This process is a hands-on project approach to change businesses. We know that it is very hard to turn a business around, but we also realise that if you do not ritualistically go through the phases and do not have the resilience and leadership to persist, many change processes fail to achieve its objective, which leads to financial losses. Therefore through careful planning one can implement the Ultimate Improvement Cycle to achieve a set objective.

Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints Methodologies, Adventure Based Experiential Learning Teaching Methodologies, Operation Room Management, and Actively Managed Continuous Improvement Process, Continuous process of Leadership Development and Coaching.
